I’m so glad you’re here as you step into this next exciting chapter of renewed purpose, passion, and joie de vivre.
Like so many women, I’ve navigated the twists, turns, and unexpected detours of midlife: career shifts, family responsibilities, menopausal metamorphosis, and those quiet “what’s next?” moments. My own path has been anything but linear. With a degree in Economics and years spent in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles, I thrived (and sometimes merely survived) the demands of success until I knew it was time to pivot.
The cost of playing it safe and living small was simply too high. So, I chose to invest in myself. Earning my Life Coach certification was more than a career change, it was a calling.
Today, I work from a fuller cup as I support and connect with midlife women around the world (just like you!) in rediscovering purpose through self-awareness. Together, we’ll create a safe space to breathe deeply, speak your truth, and design a midlife you adore on your own terms. Whether that means chasing long-held dreams, embracing self-care, redefining relationships, or stepping boldly into brand-new possibilities, this journey is yours to claim.

Who am I?

I’m a wife, mom, sister, daughter, friend, entrepreneur, ally, and dedicated life coach. At fifty-plus, I’ve learned to meet the woman in the mirror with curiosity, compassion, and respect. From “recovering” people-pleaser and toxic-job survivor to cultivating resilience through a positive mindset; I carry (as do you) priceless lessons that light the way forward. Canadian-born with proud Caribbean roots, I bring a warm, inclusive approach to coaching drawing on diverse stories and experiences that energize each session. As your midlife mindset coach, I believe the magic happens where wisdom, experience, and creativity collide. My mission is to help you step into your full power, reimagine your vision, and pursue it celebrating every win along the way.
